Frequently Asked Questions - Fair Park Hotel Q: Where exactly is the location Fair Park Hotel? Can you give us direction?

Fair Park Hotel is only 5 minutes away from the North South Highway. The easiest route from North South Interchange toll plaza (referring to location map):

  • Turn right at the junction in front of Jaya Jusco department store
  • Keep right and turn right as the route goes, and
  • Keep straight (12 o'clock) at the two roundabouts. You will pass Public Bank (Opposite Fatimah Hospital) and Maybank.
  • Once the DBI Sport Complex is on the right, keep to right and turn right at the junction.
  • You will see VOLVO sign, and Fair Park Hotel is next to it at the bend.

Q: Is there any car park available and any charges for parking?

Fair Park Hotel provides ample parking for its guest and it is free of charge. Guest are advised to display the Car Park Card on their car dashboard to indicate they are patrons of the hotel. However, we do stress that if the hotel does not hold responsibilities for any summon or damage done on cars parked on public areas.

Q: Is there a provision for storing luggage?

The hotel provides a room to store any luggage for our customers at no charge.

Q: Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?

Sightseeing tours needed to be prearranged upon reservation. The reception counter will be happy to assist you in providing brochures.

Q: Do you have Room Service and if so, what are the hours?

Yes, Fair Park Hotel has Room Service available. Our 24 hours Room Service does not include Food and Beverage. Any special requirement can requested from the receptionist.

Q: Do you allow pets in your hotel?

Fair Park hotel does not allow pets.
